Privacy policy
Last updated: [May, 2026]
This is the policy for how Beehive Moms (beehivemoms.com) collects, uses, and protects your information. We've tried to write it in plain language. If anything is unclear, send us a note.
What we collect
When you visit this website, we collect basic analytics — the page you visited, your device type, the general region you visited from. This is collected through Squarespace's built-in analytics and doesn't identify you personally.
When you sign up for a group, fill out a contact form, or email us, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, email, phone number, and whatever you write to us.
When you sign up for a Beehive Moms group, we collect the information needed to run the group well — your baby's age, your goals for the group, and basic logistical information. We don't share this with anyone outside Beehive Moms staff and the therapist leading your specific group.
What we do with it
We use your information to communicate with you about Beehive Moms — confirming your registration, sharing the group schedule, sending occasional updates about new groups or events.
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use it for retargeting or ads.
If you've signed up for a group and decide not to return, your information stays on file in case you want to come back. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Email isn't fully secure
Email and phone messages aren't fully secure communication. We won't share group-confidential or sensitive personal details over those channels, and we'd ask the same of you. Anything specific is best discussed in person at a group session or in a one-on-one conversation.
Who we share information with
For website visitors: nobody, beyond Squarespace (our hosting provider).
For group participants: information stays within the small Beehive Moms team and the therapist leading your specific group. Group conversations themselves are confidential — what's shared in the group stays in the group.
If you're working individually with Marah Pinnolis, LICSW, as a therapy client, that relationship is governed by HIPAA and is separate from your participation in any Beehive Moms group. You'll receive a Notice of Privacy Practices about clinical confidentiality at your first therapy session.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, and we'll tell you. You can ask us to delete your information, and we will. You can opt out of any future emails by replying with the word "unsubscribe."
Children's privacy
Beehive Moms is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged.
